INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1 veggie bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel and chop carrots.
- Chop red pepper and dump all veggies into a large pot.
- Add rice, water, bouillon, oil, salt and turmeric.
