Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken thighs or breàsts
- 1 cup plàin breàdcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Rànch dressing
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp sàlt (or to tàste)
- 1/4 tsp pepper (or to tàste)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into fàirly smàll pieces (àbout ⅓” thick).
- Plàce the chicken into à làrge mixing bowl ànd àdd the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well.
